Thomas Patrick Howard founded T.P. Howard’s Plumbing in October 1983 with a strong conviction that all employees should have access to insurance and paid time off. Over the years, this core belief has remained unchanged, growing from a small team of just 3 to over 200 employees today. In addition to the plumbing division, the company now boasts Utility and Concrete divisions as well. T.P. Howard’s Plumbing is committed to treating its employees like family, creating a workplace where everyone is respected and supported.
